Job Summary:-
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative fields such as Mathematics and Statistics
Experience in an analytical role with the ability to interpret data, build reports, analyze results, identify trends or patterns in complex data-sets and maintain real-time dashboards.
Advanced working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
Experience with visualization technologies such as AWS QuickSight or Tableau and a demonstrated history of learning new systems quickly
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
2+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role.

You will operationalize a proactive mechanism to monitor compliance performance metrics in Screening Services space for our employee population.
You will work with Program Managers, Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Engineers and senior leaders to understand business requirements and will transform them into analytical requirements & robust solutions.
