Skills required:

• Strong communication skills particularly in written documentation (user stories, operating procedures, process flow mapping etc)
• Experience managing relationships  with senior clients strong attention to detail
• Prior process improvement, business analysis, and project management experience
• A clear understanding  of business  analysis approaches and concepts
• Experience defining business  requirements experience managing and executing testing activities
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues  to resolution

Skills preferred:

• Agile experience, as well as familiarity with Jira
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Good understanding  of securities reference data and Pricing (e.g. Equities, Listed Derivatives)
• Experience with Python, SQL Dataiku and other Data Analytics tools
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify data patterns, anomalies, and propose steps for remedial actions
• Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses  and processes
