Job Summary:-
FMCG P&L Management:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of FMCG GMV / Revenue by KAM / Brand / Regional KAM.
Identify risk and opportunities vs plan and work with the team on ensuring plan is achieved
KAM (Internal facing ) Management:
Interact with FMCG Key Account Managers to understand their reporting requirements
Track Brand level performance and provide feedback / insights to KAMs
Help KAMs in setting up decks for performance management of respective brands / pitching to brands
Active participation in AOP/ ROFO exercise drive joint business planning along with Category and Commercial organization.
Consumer Brands (External facing ) Management:
TOT(Terms of Trade) negotiations and joint closures with FMCG Consumer brands.
Price Benchmarking and competitor analysis.
Ancillary revenue opportunities- Merchandising, Ad revenue etc
Category FP&A:
Drive National level planning of FMCG verticals and brands at an annual, quarterly and monthly level
Highlight anomalies of planning done at regions vs national planning and ensure overall plan is achieved over time
Plan and track performances of various events – measure against defined success metrics
