What You’ll Do
Product OPS “PLM (Product lifecycle management) Platforms and Tools” team owns tools RTB activities and leads transformation for seamless process execution and next generation PLM orchestration.

We are looking for a “Thought Leader” who drives shares our vision and drives transformation using out of box approach.

In this role, you will be working to drive new capabilities, new business models, and new business processes to ensure Cisco’s Supply chain remains number one.

You will own critical tools for Product operations and ensure seamless partner engagement.

You will also create and execute a robust operation model.

You will be responsible to drive key enhancements and enable user adoption.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of Product Operations “PLM Platforms and Architecture” team who will be working with IT & cross-functional teams (within and outside Supply chain).

Desired skills & Qualifications:
Tools and Platform operations
Tools capabilities and business best practices
Supply chain management
Basic understanding of Product lifecycle management (PLM)
Ability to work with multi-functional teams
Self motivated individual with ability to motivate and encourage others
Excellent presentation and communication skills including written, verbal, and listening skills at all levels of the organization
Operates with a sense of urgency and is eager to learn and apply new methods and stand
