Job Summary:-
The Robotic Process Automation CoE (within the Enterprise Data Analytics group) leads efforts to drive process automation initiatives across VMware by leveraging “business driven rapid automation” RPA tool/technology which allows to set our employees’ minds and time free to ‘Think and Innovate’.

The RPA Business Analyst II role will bring experience, skills, maturity, and capabilities to fulfil the objectives and responsibilities outlined below.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding of end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) deployment stages & deliverables
Evaluate and perform RPA fit analysis to qualify and confirm right fit RPA and AI/ML opportunities
Create, review & validate Business Requirements Document (BRD) & business process details for all types of RPA projects
Prepare test scenarios to validate solution & collaborate with business to gather test data
Proficient in one or more business process areas and has a basic level proficiency in two or more business process areas.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations / Finance / Management; MBA is desirable
Understanding of UiPath tool must
RPA Business Analyst Certification preferred
Experience & Capabilities
Total 5-6 years of experience, out of which 3 years of relevant experience in RPA technologies
Good understanding of RPA technologies like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
Good understanding of OCR and related technologies
Proven track record of deploying several automations in an IT Company or start up environment
‘Self-starter’ with the ability to conceptualize, communicate and solicit alignment and buy-in.

Fluency in English
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
