The Jr.
Business Analyst will practice billing reporting adherence and assurance alignment to operational standards set forth by Nuance corporate Internal Auditing and Business Process Optimization Offices.
This position is a critical operational component governing NOD billing reporting documented processes congruent to SOX compliance controls and guidelines.
This position is essential in assuring deficiency avoidance and the achievement of corporate auditing certifications and standards.
This position will also perform complex performance metrics and billing metrics reporting and analysis of customer transactional data.
The Jr.
Data Analyst will be responsible for weekly review and upload of the Divisional Aging report for the customer dashboard as well as assessing the data within the dashboard for improved receivables.
This position will also be responsible for customer weekly and monthly scorecards among other data deliveries.
This position will work closely with the functional stakeholders and Sr.
Management on multiple simultaneous deliverables with dynamic schedules.
Stakeholders include Reporting, Finance, Customer Success Manager, Quality Assurance, Internal Compliance and Auditing, PMO, Professional Services, Network Services & Security, Order Management, Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Collections.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Play an assistive role in billing program delivery and sustainment SDLC work streams which includes billing project mgmt,
requirements, design, delivery, sustainment and analytics.
Support Sr.
Business Analysts to provide the SLA Calculation every month
Prepare requirements documentation, use cases, and generate detailed specifications to document customer- specific as well as internal billing reporting functional requirements.
Support team leader with corporate and external SOX compliance tasks via quarterly NOD Test of One audit
exercises.
