Key Areas of Responsibility:
The analysis provided by this position will have significant impact on the Demand planning, Supply planning Inventory Planning and Sales & Operations Planning processes to drive out process waste, reduce cycle time, eliminate error, and deliver bottom line results.

The associate provides decision support by analyzing data files to uncover root causes and formulate options for the teams to consider.

This position will deliver and manage data into the S&OP dashboard; provide monitoring of process capability and drive improvements upstream in partnership with S&OP teams.

The applicant must be able to identify possible root causes and corrective actions to other team members changes in processes, systems or reporting that result in improvements to the process including:
Maintain and update the data set to dashboards for cross team reporting and functional Execution.

Automate data mining, reporting tasks, and ad hoc requests for information and analysis using the company Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Objects.

Implement new processes, systems, other initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy.

Take on and prioritize ad-hoc analysis identifying problem root cause and the impact on organizations or processes.

Determine ways to change, simplify, or eliminate non-value add processes or activities to eliminate waste.

Assist in development, testing, documentation, and deployment of standard processes, systems and tools.

Provide decision support and presentation materials for the Monthly Business Reviews
Know and understand the business impact of changes and the effects they will have on other processes and tools.

Be Results Oriented – proactively identifies improvements and issues while meeting deadlines with high quality work.
