This role will be part of the Partner Transaction Center (PTC) function and will be responsible for interfacing across the Partner eco system, other internal teams and stakeholders in sales to support indirect non-standard transactions.
The role reports to the Global Partner Sales Operations Manager.
The Partner Transaction Center (PTC) team is designed to be the primary team working directly with our partners to assist in standard and non-standard channel deals. They are responsible for understanding and orchestrating Oracle’s Channel workflow and deal processes, as well as being the direct link between our VADs, partners and the channel sales team. This team is an extremely valuable asset to the Channel organization to ensure a clear and concise linkage for pricing, contracts and bookings.
Professional-level English written and verbal skills a pre-requisition and a commitment to high quality customer service are essential also.
Shift Timings – 3pm to 12am (IST) Supporting EMEA
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment and include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Support indirect non-standard requests/requests that cannot be transacted on Oracle Partner Store through the quote to order process.
Manage transactions with a key focus on Partner/Customer experience while maintaining KPI/SLAs
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Deal Management, Migration, Global approvals and Order management and others in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.
Support implementation of new processes and procedures.
Skills:
- 1+ years of total experience, preferred to in a support organization – ideally supporting EMEA stakeholders
- Detail oriented
- Ability to execute operational process with rigor
