Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytics on lead quality regarding various factors like (demographics, geography, language, cost of lead, etc.) to evaluate the co-relation between sales performance and lead quality.
• Develop statistical models to qualify leads and optimize the overall funnel conversion.
• Perform statistical analyses for marketing analytics, and build descriptive & predictive models using analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, and SAS to understand the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and develop insights on customers.
• Develop, maintain and manage advanced, analytics and dashboards on Tableau and Power BI reports.
• Analyze monthly results, understand the key variance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and goal performance monitoring.

Skills and Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Business analyst.
• Proven work experience in SQL, Advance excel/ Google sheet, Data Analytics.
• Undergraduate Degree in Engineering is a must.
