Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the customer needs and collaborate with the team in finding the solution.
Play an active role in product backlog refinement.
Create the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
Participate in sprint planning with the team in estimations by clarifying the flow, complexity, and dependency as needed.
Working with the product owner and the other stakeholders and understand the scope, suggest improvements to the product, etc.
Prepare documents like wireframes, design flow etc.
, as required.
Work closely with the team in aspects such as analyzing the test coverage, converting real-world use cases into test cases, providing insight to test complex functionalities, etc.
Work closely with other business units within the department.
This will involve influencing skills and good presentation skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Office tools – Excel, Project, Visio.
Good to have Visual Basic, SQL knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances i.
