This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
A strong understanding of at least one business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of other areas.
Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management
Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Detailed JD:Overall work experience of 8 years+A working understanding of trade Finance and Cash Management Domain, with expertise in Payment methods, Regulatory reporting and swift messagesExcellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong assertive personality challenging the current processes and implements best practicesA working understanding of databases/SQL, cucumber, BDD, specification by examples:Should be able to create master test strategy, Test cases for the developed featuresProblem-solving as well as organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholdersAbility to interact with people at different levels within an organizationExperience in the Agile/Scrum project methodology.
Need to be strong in domain.
Experience in Investment Banking.
Need strong personality, who will be questioning current processes and qualitatively add to the “to-be” design and processes.
Should have strong presentation skills and connectivity with Users.
Understanding of JAVA will be added advantage.
