Job Summary:-
Job purpose:
Core Banking Techno Functional Quality Analyst Consultants with expertise and prior work experience in Finacle Core Banking product & Modules– Assets, Liabilities, GL, Branch Operations, Payments, CRM
Your client responsibilities:
Need to work as a team lead in one or more Core Banking Implementation projects
Excellent business communication skills
Should be able to drive and lead the DRG
Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis (after pandemic)
Should exhibit the deep experience in Banking during the client discussions and be able to convince the client for the solution
Your people responsibilities
Building a quality culture
Manage the performance management for the direct repartees, as per the organization policies
Training and mentoring of project resources
Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
Mandatory skills:
Well versed in Functional aspects of Finacle Core Banking Solution and able to play the Techno Functional Business Analyst role with experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams/banks and experience in Product testing.

Exposure in conducting or participating in product demonstration, training and assessment studies.

Design and implement functional test plans and test cases based on system understanding and analysis of requirements
Interact with Project, development teams and other stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
Involve in Test Case reviews and update the test cases accordingly
Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using ALM, Quality Center or similar tools/means
Should be well versed in at least 4 or more modules in Finacle Core Banking – CASA, Branch Operations, GL, Assets, Liabilities, Trade Finance, Payments, CRM, Internet Banking (Retail / Corporate)
Should have hands-on experience in 11x
Should be able to provide OOTB solutions and be able to provide customization approach as we
