What you’ll achieve
As an E-Business Advisor, you will evaluate data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve site performance.

You will:
Collaborate with various teams to determine upcoming feature launches on the site.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), measure and manage performance against key KPI’s
Assess the performance of launch by using statistical techniques
Generate actionable & compelling recommendations by interpreting, exploring, identifying and communicating insights discovered from data sets
Calculate financial impact from launches on the site
Designs, develop and implement business intelligence dashboards to track performance of launches in a consistent and sustainable manner

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of web metrics, customer pathing and how to utilize in creating user experience flow and opportunity identification
Experience in Big Data tools and skills including: Hadoop (Hive), SQL, R/Python
Desirable Requirements
Proven experience in similar roles
5 to 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree
