Are you the one we are looking for? Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Healthcare and Life Science Analytics
We are looking for an Analytics Forecasting Manager to manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, forecasting modeling and analytics for a large Healthcare and Life Science account.
This leader will work closely across analytics operations, account sales, and internal competency teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven solutions for our client.
Lead cross-functional forecasting projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within the client business and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.
Responsibilities :
Lead offshore forecasting analytics operations for our Healthcare Lifesciences engagements across various commercial services groups across Forecasting services, Commercial operations, Analytics, Data Visualization, performance reporting etc
Develop, retain, motivate and recruit top talent with the right capabilities and winning culture
