Job Summary:-
J.P.Morgan is seeking talented candidates for a position of a Reporting Associate in its Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries Analytics and Reporting team based in India.
The team functions as an internal group responsible for solving business problems, driving usage of analytics in the organization and supporting business partners in deriving their sales strategies.
Opportunity to work on real-time, high impact business cases leading to profitable growth across the MMBSI organization.
As an Associate you will be responsible for formulating creative solutions for business problems and delivering actionable insights to the Sales Heads ultimately helping them in managing and growing their business.
Your primary responsibilities will be scoping business problems into measurable hypotheses, performing statistical analyses, generating meaningful recommendations for the business & productionizing analytics solution in form of reports & dashboards
Your PartYou will be involved in identifying, understanding fuzzy business problems and would need to break them down into logical smaller parts and effective hypotheses.
You will test hypotheses, derive insights and implement them via creative data driven solutions using an array of tools
You are responsible for defining, analyzing and communicating key metrics and business stories to management teams
You will be modelling data into meaningful information and create dashboards/decision boards for all tiers of the business
You will executive qualitative and quantitative statistical analyses that translated information into actionable insights
You will be involved in operationalizing analytics and data driven decision making via business partners
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
Must Haves
5 to 7 years of experience in premier analytics firms or teams in BFSI, E-Commerce domains or dynamic start-ups focused on providing analytical solutions to clientsBachelors in engineering, Computer Science, or MBA from a reputed institution
5+ years of working experience in SQL/Alteryx, Tableau and Excel
3+ years of familiarity in at least one data visualization tool or packages – Salesforce reporting/Qlik
3+ years of working experience in business analysis, design
