As an Associate Incident Manager, you will use your customer-focused approach to lead important customer situations to a solution.
You will use your technical experience and will lead urgent customer situations to a conclusion.
You will guide partner investigations, guide communication between cloud partners and senior incident managers.

The impact you will have:
Guide important customer escalations or widespread outages to a conclusion and resolution.
Escalate to on-call resources in support and engineering and establish action items to ensure that progress is made and status updates are delivered.
Compile notes and milestones of ongoing investigations to be delivered to senior incident management staff for distribution to the proper audiences.
Work with senior incident management staff to create roadmaps for incident resolution, and engage the proper teams to ensure that the plan is carried out
Communicate incident updates and timelines to team members and customers.
Participate in on-call rotations.
Ensure that incident details are thoroughly documented.
Be willing to inspect and research historical data to fill in documentation gaps.
Work holidays and weekends as part of an on-call rotation.
What we look for:
Experience in technical support, consulting, or application engineering with a background in big data platforms or cloud/SaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP is required.
