Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Salt Lake City, UT. Provide support to Human Capital Management (HCM) on headcount, attrition, compensation, recruiting, learning and talent data globally by designing and maintaining reports and reporting platforms. Determine reporting requirements using Business Objects, Tableau & Alteryx. Design and develop reporting solutions in R & Python for predictive models. Partner with Technology & HCM functions to deliver reporting efficiencies on all aspects of reporting for all divisions. Responsible for data feed flow to internal HCM systems and to other downstream applications. Coordinate and support reporting technology projects to drive efficiency, working closely with Technology team on developing, testing and migrating updates and enhancements. Coordinate full project lifecycles and ensure successful completion of the various phases including due diligence and scoping, use case definition, functional design specification, development, testing using functional and operational test cases, production roll-out and user training.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Management Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related business analytics field. Requires three (3) years in the job offered or a related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with: Implementing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) by performing data modeling, data creation, implementing architecture and universe design; Creating intelligent Data Marts within databases to be leveraged for business reports; Performing data analytics and reporting capabilities over HCM/HR reporting platforms and tools; Using Tableau for data migrating and Business Objects suite to display data and metrics. Must have one (1) year of experience with: using R & Python to develop algorithms for predictive models; Data modelling to build, develop and maintain technical workflows in tools, including Alteryx to build data flows
