Job Summary:-
Associate Director Programs, Quality and Change Management
Ensure program goals and objectives are and remain aligned to the overall strategic objectives of the organization
Program management throughout the program life cycle by planning the overall program and monitoring the progress on a daily basis
Familiarity with organizational cultures and their processes, project and program management methodology and techniques
Manage the programs budget along with risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems or issues, systematically and effectively during the course of the program, such as optimizing and sharing resources across the program for obtaining benefits overseeing requirements and configuration management across components
Mentor Project Managers on Lean Six Sigma and general project management skills
Conduct in-depth analyses (when required), including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for projects or Lean deployment strategies
Quantify impact of projects on financials, productivity, customer experience and compliance
Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives
Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change, identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change and leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process
Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives and providing coaching and training to employees at all levels
Skills and attributes:
Must have strong practical experience in managing large and complex projects
Must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders such as customers, sponsors, senior management, project managers, project team members, vendors, suppliers, and other program stakeholders
Must be strong in managing programs scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurements, and integration aspects
