Job Summary:-
THE ROLE:
The Associate Director, Central AI&I team is responsible for using data science and machine learning techniques to address critical business challenges that our customers are facing.
The ideal candidate should be able to combine data expertise with a deep understanding of our clients and their customers to make and facilitate the best marketing decisions.
We are looking for someone who really understands how data science intersects with decision making, and how that applies to real client problems (how to plan multimillion $$ media, how to design creatives, how to prioritize sales pipeline among many other challenges).
You will be responsible for running projects helping to answer complex strategic questions using data; for persuading our clients to follow the right data-driven strategy; developing advanced analytical models as well as staying abreast with latest analytical techniques and marketing technology ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about problem-solving and constantly exploring ways to improve on our current offering.
YOUR IMPACT:
Guide a team of data scientists on developing proprietary models that identify patterns in audience preferences from web usage behavior, establish linkages between conversions and media drivers, help media team with optimizing bidding strategy etc.
Develop the roadmap for building a world class advanced analytics team
Productize the teams services into easy-to-understand and easy-to-buy products and credentials
Work closely with clients and account teams to assess business and marketing challenges and develop analytical solutions.
Present advanced analytical solutions and insights through compelling, visually enhanced and easy to understand stories
Act as a sounding board/expert on media strategy including media measurement, media testing, media mix, target audience profiling, consumer insights, competitive understanding, and budget allocation, including integration of online and offline media
Provide thought leadership and tool development to elevate digital and direct media planning capabilities
Spearhead new analytical initiatives to drive actionable insights for our clients
