Job Summary:-
At Databricks we are on a mission to empower our customers to solve the world’s toughest data problems and as an Associate Customer Success Engineer you will play an important role during this journey.

In this post-sales customer-facing role, you will be a Databricks product expert providing technical advisory and driving business conversations with the customers.

Reporting to the head of the APJ Customer Success team you will be measured on growth and retention of the account portfolio.

As a customer advocate, you will leave no stone unturned to help customers develop successful use cases on the Databricks platform.

You will nurture customer relationships and cultivate Databricks champions leading to customer references.

The impact you will have:

Understand the customer’s use case and build an onboarding plan to ensure the new users have all the training and resources they need to be successful with Databricks
Promote Databricks by conducting enablement activities with the goal to accelerate product adoption and usage
Conduct use case workshops, planning sessions, and driving regular calls to help the customer stay on track
Organize business reviews to align with the customer’s strategic priorities and drive impactful business outcomes
Collaborate across support, solution architect, product, and engineering teams to provide ongoing assistance to the customer
What we look for:

A balance between technical and business skills
Track deliverables and deadlines
Understanding of modern Analytics and Data Engineering architecture
2 or more years experience in big data, data engineering, data science/ML
2 or more years experience in consulting, technical program management, or technical account management
Relevant background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
Competency in one of the programming languages: Python or SQL or R
