About the department
Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Compliance, Financial Planning & Analytics for Head Quarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations & GBS Bangalore.
The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardisation and efficiency.
The position
As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be responsible to identify and involve into financial planning and control across Global Business Services (GBS).
Furthermore, you will be involved to startegise and will be involved in process driven initiatives with high quality.
You will work and support the FP&A team and support team to improve the processes.
Key role is to understand the business and responsible to close the financial books for company.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for Cost price calculation, validation and governance of product supply products and inventory reporting across GBS and hence, support the monthly budget.
You will be involved into MEC activities including analysing & calculation of accruals/reposting, perform weekly/monthly costing along with key activities on purchase price variance, production variance, inventory adjustments.
Therefore, role involves maintaining good stakeholder management and collaboration with the team.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in ICWA, CMA with minimum 3+ years of experience in product costing.
You are expected to have deep strategic mindset and technical knowledge on SAP ECC, SAP BW with proficiency in PC tools.
