Job Description:

Futurism Technology is looking for an Associate Business Analyst candidate, who will work closely with Business and Technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Candidate will play a key role in understanding user needs, analysing market trends, and fulfil client requirements to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Participate in the presales activities and prepare the required documents like scope of work, proposal, SOW etc.
• Support application testing and UAT
• Conduct market/competitor research
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s in business, IT, or related field
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, Excel/Sheets

Nice to Have:

• Internship/project experience in IT domain
• Knowledge of wireframing or analytics tools
