Job Title: Associate Business Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Reconciliation Transformation Program has a requirement for a project lead to support the continuous improvement work stream within CB&S-GTO.
Manage and monitor delivery of all the components of project, including the platform migration on-boarding front to back business, across reconciliation footprint for the bank.
Manage, Analyse and on-board Reconciliations on to Strategic Platforms.
Work with all Reconciliation RTB locations, to conduct deep dive data analysis.
Interface with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all the dimensions of the program rollout are in conjunction with the plan and schedule.
Derive and establish the existing measurements (SLAs and metrics) and measure (current state) and monitor (future state) as against the base lined measurements.
Challenge current processes and align to the success measures of the program to deliver process efficiencies that are sustainable.
Manage escalations and ensure resolutions on or before time.
Plan and manage risks and detail mitigation strategies .
