Job Summary:-
Job Purpose:
This position is within the Citi Private Bank Regulatory Technology Pune Team.

Candidate will be part of a high performing and niche Global team that will effectively responsible for regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all aspects of the project lifecycle, but whose focus will be on business analysis, requirements gathering and defining optimal solutions.

Skill Set Required
Minimum 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst and Project Manager for large scale IT Projects
Requirement Elicitation: Develop a clear understanding of Regulatory Project Business and Functional Requirements and explain overall requirements to various Applications Owners and engaged in cross review of functional requirements.

Acting as a “translator” between the Business, Operations, Change, Legal, Finance, ICRM, Technology Teams
Project Management: Experience and good understand all knowledge areas of Project Management and able to work within Project triple constraint – Scope, Cost, Time.

Product Knowledge:
Securities Reference Data (Vendors – Telekrus, Reuters, Bloomberg Demographics).

Investments domain – Equities Cash, Cash Bonds, OTC Derivs, FX etc
Securities Reference Data (RDH in P1 PB, SMC in ISG)
Understanding of Client Demographic data, Account opening, Client onboarding process
Documentation: Develop all documents in Waterfall SDLC like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned and Agile like Scope Document, Iteration Feature List, Technology Regression Test Results
SDLC: Good knowledge of Waterfall, Agile Scrum Methodology
Stakeholder Engagement: Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
Requirement Traceability: Ensure traceability from Business Requirements to Production Deployment
BA/PM Certifications – CBAP, PMI PBA, PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PMI PgMP will be preferred
BA/PM Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Planview, MS Excel, Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint
