Work Hours:

Hybrid Shift- 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (Mon- Fri)

Position Duties
Resolve escalated issues and requests from management.

Root cause analysis, action plan development, and resolution.

Monitor attendance.

Administer entitlement planning and scheduling.

Produce and analyze daily efficiency reports (representative availability, access level, etc.

)
Schedule training requests and update training schedules.

Timelines of all the reporting to be 100% Adhered to, in case of any delay, a delay notification to be sent across to the relevant stakeholders.

Responsible for all the Intraday MIS Communication.

Accuracy of all the reporting to be 100%, In case of any reporting error needs to be corrected and published within 5 hours from which the error is observed.

Send and maintain new hires details and update on different tools
Manage and update hiring tracker at a global level
Send weekly updates to different stakeholders on hiring progress
Run weekly analysis on interviews and conversion
Candidate Requirements
Bachelors degree required.

8+ year experience in data and reporting specifically working on Recruiting data and dashboards
Worked on automation of reports
Strong Numerical and number-crunc
