What you need to have: 

• Advanced Exel skills, with the ability to develop high quality Excel based dashboards independently and efficiently
• Hands on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying visually appealing and easy-to-use dashboards and visualizations using Qlik Sense, following best practices and standard guidelines
• Strong business acumen and articulation skills; ability to capture business needs and translate into a solution in the form of data models Analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.Experience in implementing advance level calculations on the data set
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Analytics or Master’s Degree in Statistics/Computer Applications/ IT/Analytics /any discipline related to Analytics.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience mining large complex data sets, using a variety of advanced quantitative/modelling techniques.
• Experience of working with large structured & unstructured data sets
• Must be good at Data transformation, the creation of QVD files and set analysis
• Strong database designing and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle etc.
• Keenness and urgency to learn about the Marsh and the business unit’s business, and insurance industry in general

• Experience in Python/R Script to create visuals in Qliksense, Qlik
