We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant manager Analytics (CPG Analytics)Responsibilities
Identify analytics use cases that can drive data-led transformation in business processes for consumer goods manufacturers and retailers in the domain of sales & marketing for European region
Co-create solutions with clients; architect how to use Analytics capabilities (Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics and AI/ML) to solve for business challenges
Partner with transformation teams and sales teams to drive pre-sales activities and generate revenue pipeline
Build business case for advanced analytics interventions, programs and projects present the value proposition to client senior leadership
Do data-driven storytelling through quant analysis, dashboards and data visualizations
Lead and manage teams to deliver transformative and innovative client projects on-time and on-budget; guide teams on analytical and AI methods and approaches
Minimum Qualifications
MBA or a Masters degree in a quantitative field such as computer engineering, statistics, econometrics, mathematics from a Top-tier institute
Years of experience in leading analytics team and/or performed business analyst role
Has a moderate to high understanding of technologies/software used to transform ways of working from legacy to modern
Preferred qualifications
Worked in CPG company and understand the nuances of the various departments and their functions
Worked in specific domain like sales & marketing or supply chain and is comfortable to understand domains within CPG
Has performed an analyst role in current or previous stints
