Position Summary
As a part of CIB Merchant Services Production Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the aggressive agenda to transform our support capabilities for real-time transaction monitoring, end-to-end.

In this role, you will be working as part of a Scrum team to find creative solutions that improve our customer’s experience and brand reputation when facing credit card processing issues.

Our team is responsible for tracing and monitoring real-time transactions through various systems end-to-end, displaying key information, and provided the controls necessary to mitigate incidents.

Required Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science1-2 years working within an enterprise environment using n-tier application frameworkProven Splunk experience required; searches, alerts, reports and dashboards; Splunk certification a plusFamiliarity with JSON/XML and experience using SOAP/RESTful APIsExperience with one or more languages: Java, SQL, Python and Bash, proficient with the use of regexExperience using Splunk to capture applications baseline performance deviations and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting for production systems.

Experience analyzing data for anomalies and trends, and building dashboards highlighting the key trends of the data.
