Job Summary:-
What will you contribute?
Reporting to the Finance Operations Partner and located in Bangalore, the Analytics Professional will be part the Global Finance organization of Finastra.
Role & Responsibility:
Clearly understand business needs and development requests.
Identify data owners / sources & liaise for access.
Help convert raw data to usable and manageable information.
– Ability to identify and execute process/ data flow efficiency in existing process.
Use data to come up with intelligent and usable recommendations for business problems & issues.
Demonstrate Project Management skills: time/effort management, making and keeping commitments, progress tracking and reporting.
Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, solution and progress report to clients.
Identify opportunities for clients to make significant business impact through projects.
– Engage with international teams primarily thru remote means.
Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate from a premier institute, preferably with MBA.
– Post qualification relevant work experience of 3 – 5 years preferably as an analyst or process lead with a reputed organization, preferably in the Finance and accounting domain.
Critical Requirements:
Business Acumen
Analytical skills & Problem-Solving Ability
Expert level skill in any of the Visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
– Understanding of Relational Database Architecture and SQL server
– Communications & Presentation Skills
SLA adherence
Expert working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point
Other Requirements:
– Ability to deal with ambiguity with respect to final results and design work required to instantiate them
– Good understanding of Statistical Concepts, and Tools
Experience and intermediate expertise in any one of (SAS, R, Python)
Command skills & Decision making in ambiguous situations
