The Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) team is an integrated organization that brings risk strategies to life by enabling customer focused capabilities.
Our team is transforming the company with the next generation of credit and fraud controls.
This is an open position in the Point of Sale Fraud Risk Strategy Team within Credit and Fraud Risk-COE.
The candidate will work on projects to reduce fraud on proprietary issued cards.
This would entail creating rules and strategies while working with market and tech partners to reduce fraud rates while ensuring low disruptions.
To achieve this candidate will try to strive a balance between managing fraud losses while maintaining best of class customer experience by spotting emerging fraud trends, tracking key metrics and implementing fraud risk controls.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage Fraud Losses for Proprietary portfolio across different geographies
Minimize Unprofitable Fraud Related Disruptions, with specific focus on Fraud Strategy Controls
Address Emerging Fraud Trends & Monitor Key Metrics To Take Corrective Actions
Partner with business teams as well as technology teams to deve
