You will be aligned with our Learning and Collaboration vertical and help us in dealing with the end to end Learning and Development activities.

You will be working as a part of Knowledge Management team which focuses on strategizing and creating structured, accessible, reusable and relevant content for Industry/Functional practitioners.

In Knowledge Management Strategy & Design you will be in the process of creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of an organization.

It refers to a multidisciplinary approach to achieving organizational objectives by making the best use of knowledge.

Also includes identification of client business needs and map to knowledge management capabilities, assess current state and create roadmap for adding future people, process and technology KM capabilities.
