Position Overview
Key member of Digital Twin application suite – Windchill, RV&S (formerly Integrity) and MBSE (Systems Modeler) support team.

Manage issue troubleshooting efforts with the vendor, Business owners
Excellent logical, analytical, and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and provide IT solutions
Responsibilities:
Independently provide L2/L3 application support for Windchill, RV&S (formerly Integrity) and MBSE (Systems Modeler) including but not limited to:
Support system user issues for all the three applications Windchill, RV&S and MBSE
Assist in Administration activities like
User Account Management – creation, modification and accommodate changes to roles etc.

Provide CAD support and troubleshooting for Creo, Creoview, Soildworks and integration to Windchill
Configuring OIRs as per requirement in specific containers, configuring policies, Managing, and enhancing lifecycle templates
Administer worker agents, vault configuration support, resubmit failed publishing jobs after root cause analysis etc.

Manage Solr indexing server- bulk indexing based on the need
DB optimization e.
