Analyst II

MiQ Digital
- Hybrid mode 1 – 2 days in office per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
- Hybrid mode 2 – one week in office per month (last week of each month)
- Permanent WFH – visit office bi-annually (one week in office every 6 months)
ROLE PURPOSE
- Independent Individual Contributor working along with multiple stakeholders during different phases of a marketing campaign lifecycle
- Analyse millions of data points across campaigns to come up with innovative targeting strategies to drive better results
- Provide actionable data-driven recommendations to stakeholders’ business questions
- Accountable for driving strategic conversations with market and upskilling market on new analytical applications
- Collaborate with data engineering & data science teams to create data driven tools & applications
- Continuously think about coming up with innovative analytics use cases and automate existing processes within the team
PRE-REQUISITES
- Excellent communication skills, experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Overall 2.5+ years of Analytics experience
- Experience in handling huge datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, intermediate proficiency in R/Python
- Experience with a data visualization tool like Tableau would be a plus
