Job Summary:-
Role & Responsibility:
Collaborate with business to review and finalize AOP while ensuring adherence to investment principle/ operational assumptions and learnings from previous achievement/issuesReview key strategic priorities of Promoters and translate them into actionable and quantitative plansleveraging external network & support the team in identifying new opportunities including potential M&A targetsAny other special projects/initiatives in line with Promoters expectations and priorities that can be implemented across the businessFocus on shareholder returns, portfolio management and capital management (PE-like)Manage monthly monitoring of BU KPIs /dashboards that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights for better decision makingFacilitate evaluation of new business/ investment proposals and assist promoter in decision making with initial implementation blueprintIndependent financial analysis of monthly/quarterly business performanceTrack, analyse and report macro-developments (market, customers, competitors etc)
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
MBA from Tier 1 University in India or abroadCA / Advance CFA / BE from Tier 1 UniversityExperiences:
Seeking an enthusiastic professional with experience in corporate strategy, consulting or finance.

Previous experience in Ports/Logistics industry is preferredSound problem-solving skills and one who is well experienced in stakeholder management at the senior level4-8 years in a Strategic role supporting a key leadership roleExcellent communicator in written and verbal formPro-activeness to identify optimization opportunities and engage with stakeholders to work towards probable solutionsStrong ability to understand varied businesses and work with cross functional teams
