Job Description
The Global Sales Analytics team is looking for a motivated, customer – centric resolution analyst to facilitate customer satisfaction through issue resolution in sales data and reporting.

This role requires a broad understanding of our data, data integration processes and different ways the data is used by our consumers across all functions.

As a Business Analytics Resolution Analyst, you will ultimately be responsible for ensuring our data consumers across the globe are using our reports effectively and are happy with the way our reports represent data.

You will ensure all new and existing reports adhere to our standard templates and are checked for quality.

In an effort to increase consumer satisfaction, you will need to work across all organizational teams including Information Technology , content creators and all global regions to determine the best path to resolve reporting issues.

You will specialize in understanding business requirements as well as develop quality assurance process es to ensure reporting and data meets those needs.

You will drive report enablement through training, development of WalkMe content and other related documentation.

We are looking for a driven individual that will c ontinually strive to improve internal processes related to issue resolution.

We need a candidate that will reach out to individuals, listen and understand their needs with a caring attitude.

We need someone to m anage the notifications processes needed to effectively communicate issues to content consumers.

Specific Responsibilities

Support p rioritiz ation of updates to new and existing reports.
