• Experience in building compelling business cases and analytics driven solutions for the digital sales and marketing domains.
• Experience with Machine Learning, practical experience in building and implementing predictive models to solve business problems.
• Knowledge of applying statistical techniques to solve business problems.

Even better you have:

• Two or more years of work experience in IT and Business Units driving data science solutions for enabling effective business outcomes.
• Ability to perform thorough data analysis using database queries, spreadsheets, statistical packages & tools, and communicate results effectively.
• Problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experienced with A/B and Multi-variate testing.
• Communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Data analysis skills.
• Experience in data management and data analysis in relational database and in Hadoop.
• Experience with data mining and visualization.
• Experience creating compelling narratives to influence decision makers.
• Experience interacting and collaborating deeply with other lines of business & the ability to work across cross cultural teams.
