The person in this critical role requires proven business acumen in relationship management between technical and business teams.
Familiarity with records management and the management of documents is highly advantageous.
The person should have hands-on technology professional working closely with IT stakeholders to deliver technical solutions to agreed specifications and timelines and also provide workarounds and training solution for the business/users.
Responsibilities include:
Proactively scan for and advise on the resolution any system-related issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality for the GRMS project
Must serve in a consultative role using background and experience to design work flow processes and system configuration to leverage the value of the technology offerings
Coordinate extensively with business users (both the end user Business and the Governance Business), functional and cross-functional team
