An Analyst understands the business environment and consistently works in refining the business and system requirements to increase the quality and efficiency of the customer outcome being delivered by the squad.

Typically, as a person with always an eye for detail, Analyst starts working on ‘single line problem statements’, finds way amid ambiguity to clearly discover the clear business requirements and works with squad members to build/enhance technology solutions.
