Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise IT principles, standards, and healthcare industry standards and regulations
Define and develop standards, best practices and architecture blueprints for the entire reporting solutions
Use analytical skills to design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations that provide insight to internal partners and external clients
Interpret reports and analyses to make recommendations for internal and external audiences
Work closely with analytics division, support BI Administration, optimization, security, monitoring, and business intelligence tool development
Manage the process of delivering analytics and insights
Requirements gathering, answering statistical modeling questions, reporting, and providing visualizations and presentations to clients
Provide individual contributions in rigorous statistical modeling, fast programming, and reporting
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience utilizing and managing business intelligence tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik
