Primary Responsibilities:
Working directly with our clients to help determine needs and solve complex business problems
Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analyzing, trending and presenting data and recommendations to management
Assist with requirements analysis and verification
Document customer/client requirements through clear, unambiguous, concise and effective written and oral communication
Develop, enhance and maintain planning models, surveys, and benchmarks
Perform analysis for business process re-engineering opportunities and define, develop and document before and after process flows
Maintain work papers, work plans, methods and results
Develop job aids, training material and instructions for team members
Assist senior team members with project management duties
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Tier 1/Tier 2 college/university – Full Time
Master’s degree in Business Management – Full time
Experience with SAS and Tableau.

Competence with MS Office – Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPointCareers with Optum.
