Job Summary:-
The JobThe role of Business Analyst is to translate business requirements needs into detailed product specifications and requirements that developers can use.

Able to understand and translate high level information provided by customers and from other inputs into developer understandable language – Epics, user stories, user personas etc.

Collaborate with product management, User Experience teams, profession services, product developers, and testers
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client scenarios, processes, and analyze business needs
Document and understand business requirements
Conduct strategic assessments, track and develop product roadmap and development
Expected to communicate relevant business insights to senior leadership and key decision-makers
Strong business acumen with strong technical background and the ability to effectively shift between communications styles based on the audience (technical peer review through leadership update)
Be agile and embrace change
Skills requiredCompetent with SQL and NoSQL system tools
Experience applying analytical techniques to provide solutions to real business problems
Experience eliciting and building comprehensive business requirements to projects plan
Documenting feature and function of technical systems
Validating Functional Specification against business requirements
Representing the Business Requirement in Design Review and Test Cases Review.

Work with business groups during UAT to address questions regarding functionality
Work with data warehouse architects and software developers to generate seamless business KPIs for business partners
Prepare documentation and analysis for audits and exams
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
