About the departmentIn R&D Trial & Analysis Solutions, a part of Global IT India, a portfolio of GxP, Financial & business critical applications is being managed and supported.
These applications are among the most critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk supporting essential processes and being used 24×7 by thousands of users worldwide.
R&D Trial & Analysis works closely with line of Business, System managers, QC/QA and subject matter experts across the Novo Nordisk IT organisation in Denmark and India.
The positionAs Advanced Business Analyst, you are expected to work as validation responsible and act as liaison between Quality Assurance and the system management to assure that the GxP system meets the Quality & Compliance requirements as per company QMS procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Be part of SAFe Agile team and work in agile framework to deliver value.
Participate in system releases while performing Validation Responsible role.
Authoring/ Reviewing Quality Risk Assessment, Test coordination / Validation and Defect Management, etc, meeting the Quality & Compliance requirements as per company QMS procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Support System Manager on the system management activities as and when required.
Ensure that the configuration documents are updated and participate in Annual Periodic reviews (user review report, configuration review report, IT periodic system evaluation).
Communicate and involve relevant stakeholders -alignment with LoB stakeholders, primarily System managers, NNQAs/LoB QAs, System Owners, Project Owners.
Support and represent the system during internal and external audits.
Participate in system operation and maintenance in IT System Management.
Demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership.
Should take complete ownership for the tasks and drive to completion.
Understand business complexities and different perspectives of the same.
QualificationWe ideally expect you to hold a MSC, MBA, BA or similar graduate degree in
