“• Maintain system billing recordsGenerate and send out invoicesGenerate age analysis and follow up on, collect and allocate paymentsPerform account reconciliationsMonitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularitiesResearch and resolve payment discrepanciesReview AR aging and IC AR/AP position to ensure complianceInvestigate and resolve customer queriesCommunicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, mailAssisting with improving and automating the intercompany processesAssist with month-end closing and prepare monthly metricsAssist in preparation of reports and analysis for use in the annual external audit.
