About the Role:

• We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated data analyst to help create data backed insights.
• Must have practical knowledge of Power BI and Python and should have 2-4 years of work experience
• Should also have advanced excel knowledge
• Good to have Web Development and statistical modelling knowledge
• The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions.
• Needs to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations
• Should also have an excellent understanding of SQL and query development, good business acumen and the ability to work with quantitative and business teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions

• Understand HP’s products and services and track/report business performance and problem areas using appropriate metrics
• Partner with cross functional teams
• Help identify process improvement opportunities to build streamlined and scalable solutions
