Data Analyst, Integration Quality- Intern, On contract
The Data Analyst is responsible for
a) building testing dashboard reports that depicts the status of testing across many projects
b) creating reports in JIRA (Kanban boards, burndown reports)
c) testing tool support (jira/zephyr)
d) monthly resource capacity reports
Essential functions
What You’ll Be Doing:
- accountable to IQ Leadership & IQ Program Manager (reports to IQ Director)
- responsible for building complex, real-time testing dashboard reports using excel and other tools
- responsible for preparing weekly project status reports
- responsible for ensuring accuracy of reports by performing data integrity checks against source data;
- responsible for enforcing data governance by training testing team on data / tool best practices
- responsible for maintaining resource capacity reports
- responsible for creating JIRA reports & Kanban board creation
- responsible for test case and defect management tools; ensures the alignment of data governance in accordance to reports and dashboards
- responsible for supporting IQ Program Management as needed
- supports IQ Domain team, Automation and IQ Engineering team with data mining and analysis
- responsible for documentation (creation, maintenance)
The Experience You’ll Need (Required):
- B.E Computer Science and Engineering with Professional Software Course or Certification will be a add advantage – Fresher should be fine.
- Data Analysis experience with at least 0-1 years’ experience
- SQL & DB knowledge with report writing tools (SQL Queries, Data Objects, SP).
- Proficient with MS Office Productivity Tools
- Working knowledge of Excel (functions, pivots, tables, vLookups, etc)
- Capable of analyse client databases using statistical tools such as Python/R and present the analysis in MS Excel (pivots, graphs)
- MS PowerPoint (presentations), Report (dashboards) experience is a plus
- Knowledge of data, data objects, data structure and industry best practices and standards
- Highly organized; Ability to follow-up and follow-through
