ROLE PURPOSEProcessing & validating account opening & various types of maintenance requests on client accounts for the private banking clients.

Tracking KYC ticket to completion.

Follow ups with Bankers and Trust officers to obtain missing information.

Attending weekly GFCC calls to understand the new updates and system upgradations.

Interacting with onshore teams to clarify questions and new updates in KYC space.

Ensure that all requests are completed before cutoff and there is no SLA miss.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.

Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.

Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.

Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.

Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.

Building synergies across processes.

Taking process trainings for new joiners.

KEY COMPETENCIES
Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
