The management of IT resources required to plan for, deliver and support IT services.

Overall Purpose of the Job

The Managed Workforce Services and Executive Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for managing the services being delivered by the appointed field services providers (DXC and Infosys) as well as providing hands-on desktop and infrastructure support to members of the Toll Global Leadership Team (GLT) and other senior executives as required (including executive assistants).

This role will be instrumental in ensuring effective delivery of the services provided by the field services provider within the defined jurisdiction.

Familiarity of service delivery of an external vendor is a key requirement, as is a good understanding of PC operations.

To ensure GLT and executive desktop and infrastructure related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner the role requires hands on technical expertise, as well as strong communication and engagement skills.
