What you’ll achieve
The Senior Advisor, Business Intelligence role is a critical, internal customer facing role accountable for all aspects of customer management.

The role is largely operational and manages product/pricing related activities on a daily basis.

The Sr.

Business Analysis Advisor will be responsible for a particular Line of Business (LOB).

You will:
Understand his/her own role and responsibilities, handles most communication with little engagement by manager
Broad understanding of E2E processes, seeks to complete knowledge independently
Can develop a work plan for a specific project of 1 month length and achieves deadlines.

Uses interim goals to stay on track
Work with segment managers to deep dive on biz performance; deliver presentations/ assessments of these areas.

Partner with regional counterpart in all aspects of pricing/costing and profitability
Own customer interface (communication, delivery, quality, value proposition, escalations); Takes ownership for quality of work deliverable and pro
