The Intelligent Automation team is driving a transformational journey across the Client Engagement group within Banking Solutions.

We have a clear focus on enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction through automation, enabling self-service, and accelerating digitization efforts across employee and client touchpoints.

We use the right technologies and frameworks to solve high impact problems, building intelligent solutions through hybrid AI/ML and traditional RPA frameworks.

What you will be doing
Play a key role during the “intake” process for automation use cases.

These use cases for automation will be submitted by various stakeholders across the organization.

Assess suitability of use cases for automation submitted to the Intelligent Automation team with rigorous focus on the resultant benefits.

Prioritize use cases for automation and ensure that all stakeholders agree with the defined priorities.

Delve into functional details of each use case and capture detailed documentation in a manner where these can effectively be used for design & development.

This would include multiple “discovery sessions” involving detailed analysis of process flows and understanding of all systems involved.

Build a connect with key stakeholders and ensure that they are kept updated regarding progress on the projects.

At the same time, be a conduit back into development for any changes in scope.

Track expected outcomes in terms of ROI and play the role of a facilitator to ensure that these are captured and reported against effectively.
