Function Description:
The ICS Risk Customer Management Team is responsible for developing Authorization and Case Setup, RLA Logic as well as treatment strategy for Card members across International Markets.
The Team Works Very Closely with Market Chief Credit Officers, Decision Science and Technology Teams to Implement, Monitor and Manage the Authorization Case Setup and RLA Logic across Markets.
Purpose of the Role:
Develop and Implement Case Setup strategies across international markets
Work closely with market risk, decision science, credit operations and compliance to quickly align and deliver business outcomes
Responsibilities:
Provide Strong Thought Leadership While Working with Multiple Business Partners.
Developing, Implementing and Tracking Case logic across markets.
Developing and Implementing Market Specific Requests for Case
Designing & Tracking Test & Control Strategies for Specific Markets.
Work Very Closely with Multiple Business Partners Across the Globe
